Asphalt Asset Management

We provide asphalt services to residential and small commercial properties. Current services include; asphalt sealcoating, crack repair and pothole repairs. We also offer free estimates and free pavement assessments. 

We have added line stripping, concrete grinding and are looking to add smaller concrete repairs this 2025 season.

We service much of Rice, Dakota and Scott Counties; to include, Northfield, Farmington, Lonsdale, Lakeville, Faribault and the surrounding communities. 

Blackwolf Asphalt was founded in the Summer of 2023 to be the Northfield Area go to asphalt management company. While there are many businesses that provide asphalt maintenance and repair, we pride ourselves on having integrity, being transparent and only offering services you need at a competitive price. We promise not to sell services that are not needed nor will we pressure you into buying any service. Our purpose is to help you find what you need for your asphalt asset.
